OUR SERVICES

Solving project problems takes more than technical know-how. It takes a working command of engineering, scheduling, commercial terms, and the contract — and the ability to move all four in the same direction. ATL Consult brings that combination to owners, contractors, and equipment suppliers on complex industrial, energy, and capital projects.

Optimization
Commercial & Contract Management
We advise on the commercial and contractual health of a project over the life of the contract: structuring contracts that hold up under pressure, governing change before it turns into claims, keeping notices and entitlements clear, and making sure someone owns the commercial position. The goal is not to win the eventual dispute. It is to make sure there isn't one.

Project Recovery
When a project is behind, over budget, or stalled, we help find what is actually driving it — usually commercial and organizational, not technical — and rebuild the disciplines that keep it on track: schedule, cost control, change management, and the stakeholder trust that erodes when a project goes sideways.

Stakeholder Alignment & Negotiation
Many project problems are alignment problems wearing a technical costume. We bring owners, contractors, engineers, vendors, and executives with competing priorities to a single resolution they will all sign — using a repeatable method refined over more than twenty years of high-stakes industrial negotiations.

Project Controls & PMO

Scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting, delivered by our team to give you the project visibility that good commercial decisions depend on — as an attached capability under a recovery or contract engagement, or as a standalone retainer.

The Convergence Method

Getting several parties to agree is not a matter of splitting the difference. Over twenty years, Erik developed a repeatable method for it: understand each stakeholder's real position privately, test candidate solutions one at a time to see how each party would react, and iterate a single evolving proposal across all sides until it reaches a version everyone can sign.

It is the same method whether the output is a contract, a recovery plan, or a way out of a dispute — which is why ATL treats negotiation, recovery, and stakeholder advisory as one discipline, not three services. It is what we mean when we say we bring divided stakeholders to agreements that hold.
